Cambodian opposition readies parliament boycott

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (AP) -- Cambodia's opposition says it will boycott the opening session of parliament and continue carrying out street protests now that the election victory of Prime Minister Hun Sen's ruling party has been officially ratified.
